How To Schedule Emails

Emails have been an important part of our life in these days. This makes tricks related to emails more valuable. As many of you would be using Gmail, in this article, Gmail is used here, in this article. As many are still unaware about sending a schedule email. So, in this article you will learn to send a scheduled email.

                            When it comes to scheduled emails, you schedule the emails to a specific time. And, on that time the email gets send to recipient(s). So, lets learn to send scheduled emails.

   To schedule emails, follow the given steps⤵️

Step 1:Open https://mail.google.com/.

Step 2:If you have not signed in then, sign in and if you have not created a Gmail account, then create it. After that Gmail gets opened.


Step 3:Click . A small box in the lower right corner, will appear.


Step 4:Enter the recipients' email-ID, the subject of your email and type the contents of your email.

Step 5:Click 🔻 of .
Step 6:Click . A small box at the centre appears displaying the suggestions for the schedule send.

Step 7:You could even choose any of the suggestions for the schedule send or if you do not want to choose any of the suggestions click . Now, select the desired time.

Step 8:Once you have entered the time, click .

                                            Now your email would be sent at the time that you have entered. But your online connectivity is required at the scheduled time, else the email will not be sent.
