To enable 'read later' feature in Google Chrome on your desktop, follow the given steps⤵️
Step 1:Open a new tab and paste the following address in the address bar-

Step 2:Now, enable the 'Read Later' option given at the top.
Step 3:Then, click present in the bottom left corner of the window. The browser relaunches.

Step 1:Long press the link of the web page and then, tap on . The web page gets saved in your reading list.
Step 2:To access the web pages saved in your reading list, tap on present in the top right corner. A list appears.
Step 3:Tap.. A new page appears.
Step 4:Tap. A list appearing containing the web pages that you have saved in your reading list.
Step 5:Now, select the web page that you want to visit from your reading list and then, tap on it. The web page gets opened.
